Just 4 blocks from the Malecón and the beach, in a mix of local and tourist atmosphere, perfect for exploring the city on foot, very close to restaurants, bars, cafés, galleries, and the Mirador de la Cruz.


It has everything you need for a relaxing stay: equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, A/C, Wi-Fi, and laundry center.


A new space, the rooftop shared with 3 other apartments, where you can admire wonderful views of the bay and the mountains. Delight in the colors of the sunset, as well as the fresh sunrises when the sun rises over the mountains.


It is worth mentioning that the property is located at the beginning of a long slope, right on the way to the main viewpoint of the city, so getting to the apartment on foot requires a bit of a walk, although you can opt for taxis and Ubers that reach the entrance of the building.
